Kevser holds a PhD degree in Tourism Management from Necmettin Erbakan University, Turkey. She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Tourism Management. Çınar graduated from Middle East Technical University in 2003. She holds a master’s degree (2013) and doctoral degree (2017) from Necmettin Erbakan University.  She has also been working as EU Projects expert for 14 years and she has taken part in several different international EU projects so far-gained a good understanding of what is required of a project expert both in Turkey and in Europe. She has been involved in Erasmus+ higher education strategic partnership projects such as  TOURBAN, TOURIBOOST as coordinator and SCOUT, E-GAME as a partner. She is experienced enough in writing projects, implementing its activities, and coordination of them. She is also certified at curriculum development program by the Institute of Educational Sciences. Her project and research topics are about innovation in tourism, consumer behavior and branding. She has been an active member of Euro-Asia Tourism Studies Association (EATSA) since 2015. She has publications including book chapters and journal articles about innovation in tourism, consumer behavior and branding issues. She has been invited as  speaker, trainer and workshop facilitator in several international events and Project meetings. She has organized various Project workshops about tourism education in different countries in Europe, one international conference (5th EATSA Conference) as host and two international multiplier events (HACKATOUR and SCIENCE CENTERS as Tourism Assets) in Konya, Turkey.
